A bad back 01/03/2011
 
I have been very lucky for the first 60 years of my life and suffered very few illnesses which were not of my own making or stupidity.
However, I recently developed a bad back for no real reason it seems, except that i played golf a few days before it occured.
I had no idea just how debilitating a bad back could be.
A previously simple job of just putting on my socks was agony but i was determined not to have to ask for help. Now i realise what many people go through, I will suggest some products that may be of help.
If you can suggest any products or remedies, please do.

Help us to create a community of friends, where we can meet new people and chat about anything. This site will eventually encompass many features and will soon become to big for me to manage alone. When fully established there will be two categories of membership. Free and a very inexpensive quarterly subscription. The benefits to a paid subscription will become evident over time.
We will be recruiting volunteer founder members (free) that have experience and expertise in any interesting subject and are prepared to look after a section of this site. Please let me know if you are interested, either here on the blog or one to one via the contact page.
